The industrialized food system has created massive impacts to biodiversity, water quality, water scarcity.  Food is responsible for between a quarter to a third of climate emissions.  Our group investigates various aspects of the food system, ranging from agricultural production, food supply chains, food waste, and the potential of bio-based products and fuels.
